When Is Same-Day Possible?

Same-day truck windscreen replacement is possible in Auckland when two things align: we have the correct glass in stock, and we have a mobile fitting slot available. For common Japanese trucks — Isuzu, Hino and Fuso — we usually carry stock for the most popular models and can often fit the same day you call.

For European trucks (Volvo, DAF, Mercedes) or older and rarer models, we may need to source the glass from our supplier network. This typically takes one to two business days. We keep you informed throughout and book you in the moment the glass lands.

How to Book an Urgent Mobile Fitting

The fastest way to get sorted is to call us directly on 09 972-1091. We'll check our stock, confirm the glass for your exact make and model, and book a mobile fitting at your location — usually within a few hours if you're in Central Auckland, North Shore or South Auckland.

For outer areas like Rodney, Pukekohe or the Hibiscus Coast, same-day is still often possible but depends on our existing route. We batch mobile jobs by area to minimise travel time and keep costs down for everyone.

What Happens During the Fitting?

Most truck windscreen replacements take around two hours. We arrive with the glass, tools, urethane adhesive and any mouldings or clips needed. We cut out the old glass, prepare the aperture, bond the new panel, and reinstall any sensors or cameras.

Before we leave, we tell you the safe drive-away time. This is the minimum time the urethane needs to cure before the truck is safe to drive. For most trucks this is between one and two hours, but for heavy-duty or high-speed vehicles we may recommend a longer cure time.
